The three-day meeting, being run in partnership with the Association for Life Association (LPV), also aims at providing psycho-social assistance to people infected with HIV and their families and discuss activities developed by the two organisations under the project in respect.
The event is being lectured by two Luanda LPV trainers. Participants hope the training programme improves domestic assistance to people with HIV/Aids in the province.
The event brings together 20 people working with LPV. Benguela has recorded over the last two months 36 new cases of Hiv/Aids.
