| Graham Saunders is Head of Shelter at the IFRC. He specialises in the design, management and technical support of shelter and settlement relief and development programs. As Head of the newly established shelter department within the Secretariat in Geneva, his role is to support the IFRC in building the shelter capacity of the Federation, identifying and promoting best practices within the sector, assisting the emergency shelter coordination role of the IFRC in natural disasters and promoting a broader shelter network. |
